1st Prize at the 'Design a Church Chair' competition

This chair is designed to be used in a large diversity of environments - ranging from Norman and medieval churches through Victorian gothic, to modern architecture.

Stackable - important to change seating formation in church halls, for diversity of purposes.

Linking - in a formal services in church, they are linked to make subtle Wave pattern.

Robustness - we designed this chair to last long under busy public usage, also casual way of sitting on them.


Together with constructive feed back we received from the award ceremony, we will develop this chair further and work with a British manufacturer for making it available to churches in the near future.
